After a not so great online experience (return) with an unnamed store, we 11/10 recommend Rainforest Outdoor Living! Aside from amazing products. The customer service and care (with an awesome side of humour) are next to none!
I started my search for the amazing part furniture using the online chat feature and communicating with Stuart, who was super helpful and very prompt in replying. We then drive to the store and dealt with Marcus, who, is hands down one of the greatest sales associates we have dealt with. Both my husband and I walked out of the store saying, “what a great guy”!
Rainforest Outdoor Living saves Summer! ahaha they provided a great experience and beautiful furniture that will elevate our Summer (and Fall) and last for many more Summers to come.

I have been with Rainforest for years and I can’t believe I have never left a review! These folks are awsome. We bought our hot tub ther some 12 years ago and it’s still looks and runs like new. The few minor maintenance issues we had over the years were quickly resolved. We always use them for all the Bromine and other goodies. Thier staff is always welcoming and friendly. Recently we purchased some outdoor furniture from them. Even though some ordering confusion happened they were quick to sort things out. Customer first with these dedicated folks. We are so happy with our new swivel chairs and table. Finally out door dining! Bring on the good weather!
